Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead the development and execution of long‑term account strategies for our key clients. Based in the Wellington CBD office, you will work closely with New Zealand’s leading research, education and government organisations to foster strategic partnerships and drive customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term account plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with research, education and government organisations across New Zealand.
• Drive customer success initiatives and ensure high‑level account performance.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and service agreements.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams from the Wellington CBD office to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior account management or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
