About the role

Join Alliance Group at its Lorneville site for the upcoming season as a Seasonal Team Member. In this role you will work on the production floor, supporting both manufacturing and logistics operations, and develop practical skills in assembly, material handling, and quality control while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly and processing tasks on the production line, ensuring components are built to specification and delivered on schedule.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards to protect yourself and teammates.
• Flexibly work overtime shifts when production demands increase to help meet targets.
