Search Specialist (Paid Search) – Auckland

About the role

We are looking for a Search Specialist or Senior Search Specialist to join our high‑performing Auckland‑based search team. The role focuses on hands‑on paid‑search campaign management while offering exposure to SEO and a variety of well‑known New Zealand brands. You will own client work, drive performance through testing, and collaborate with colleagues in Auckland and Wellington.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid‑search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance across multiple client accounts.
• Support SEO initiatives and contribute to broader search strategy.
• Attend client work‑in‑progress meetings and provide recommendations.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members across Auckland and Wellington to ensure cohesive delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in paid‑search campaign management.
• Understanding of search fundamentals and performance drivers.
• Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to develop SEO knowledge.
