School Bus Driver – Casual Positions in Wellington

About the role
Tranzit is seeking casual School Bus and Charter drivers to join its Wellington team. The role involves operating school bus routes and charter services across the region, based out of either Upper Hutt or Grenada depots.
Key responsibilities
- Drive scheduled school bus routes safely and on time.
- Operate charter services for various client needs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues.
- Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Safe, confident driver with a clean driving record.
- Class 2 or Class 4 driver licence (P endorsement preferred).
- Ability to pass medical, drug/alcohol, and police background checks.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
Required skills
- Class 2 or Class 4 driver licence.
- P endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
