About the role
The Department Head of Purchasing Processes and Analysis will lead the procurement function, ensuring efficient sourcing, cost control, and data‑driven decision making. This senior position reports to senior management and oversees a team of purchasing professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end purchasing processes.
- Conduct market research and expand the supplier base.
- Analyze purchasing expenditures and identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate team activities, support development, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
