SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect - Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Enterprise Asset Management solutions within large-scale SAP transformation programs. This is a senior architecture leadership role combining deep SAP EAM expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and solution design capability. The position is based in Wellington.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management.
• Define target-state business processes and EAM solution roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable SAP solutions.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practice adoption.
• Provide architecture leadership across maintenance management, asset lifecycle management, planning and scheduling functions.
• Design and govern integrations across Materials Management, Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, warehousing and external operational systems.
• Guide functional and technical teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.
• Identify and manage solution risks, dependencies and architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, SAP EAM Architect, SAP PM Lead or similar.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, work order management, preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions across functional, technical and business teams.
• New Zealand citizenship with an active security clearance, required due to the secure nature of the role.

Required skills

• Extensive SAP experience with deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance.
• SAP S/4HANA solution architecture.
