Salesforce Architect - Public Sector

About the role

Beyond Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Salesforce Architect for an immediate-start contract running through March 2027, based in Auckland. You will lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products, delivering secure, scalable solutions in a complex public-sector environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic and operational requirements into pragmatic Salesforce designs, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
• Shape enterprise architecture, integration patterns, data models, security frameworks and delivery standards.
• Provide technical leadership across the programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect delivering complex, enterprise-scale programmes.
• Practical experience establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to explain complex architecture to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering public-sector solutions; health or legal-system transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Must already be in New Zealand and hold the right to work there.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Health Cloud, OmniStudio and Salesforce Industry Clouds.
• CRM strategy, digital transformation, integration and API strategy, data, identity and security.
• Understanding of industry-cloud compliance and generative AI service design is advantageous.
