Sales Specialist – Agricultural Equipment (Rotorua)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our growth story in Rotorua. You will represent a family‑owned wholesaler and retailer of leading agricultural machinery, building long‑term relationships with farmers and contractors while promoting our full New Zealand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and contractors in the Rotorua region.
• Promote and sell the complete range of CLAAS and AMAZONE equipment across New Zealand.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in agriculture.
• Established long‑term relationships with farmers and contractors in the region.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for the agricultural sector and alignment with company values (In It Together, Front Up, Keep Growing).
