Sales & Sales Support – Showroom

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Sales Support professional to join our Christchurch showroom. The role blends front‑of‑house retail sales with trade sales assistance, as well as administrative and operational duties, providing a comprehensive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in customers, understand their decking needs and drive product sales.
• Support trade customers by preparing quotes, processing orders and following up on enquiries.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as order entry, inventory checks and paperwork.
• Assist with showroom operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or sales environments, preferably in consumer‑goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast‑moving showroom setting.
