Sales Manager

About the role

Coloplast is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its New Zealand sales team across Ostomy Care, Continence Care and Wound & Tissue Repair portfolios. You will drive sales performance, coach Territory Managers and work closely with internal stakeholders and key customers to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Territory Managers to meet sales and customer targets.
• Drive sales performance, tender outcomes and execution of New Zealand business plans.
• Manage the tender process from identification through implementation and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and major accounts.
• Ensure consistent execution of Coloplast sales processes, including territory planning, CRM utilisation and sales excellence initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Market Access, Consumer Care and Business Support.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in Business, Nursing, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Commercially astute with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
• Previous medical‑device or health‑sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Highly organised, proactive and aligned to Coloplast’s mission, vision and values.
