About the role
Join Employment Hero’s New Zealand sales team as a Sales Development Representative. Working remotely from anywhere in NZ, you will help drive growth by generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identify and nurture key decision‑makers within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to route promising opportunities for further development and closure.
- Maintain and grow your prospect database to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct account research, understand customer needs via discovery calls, and support online demos as needed.
Required profile
- 1+ years of proven high‑volume outbound B2B sales experience.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone presence and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to embody Employment Hero’s values and operate with focus and impact.
Required skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Lusha.
- Use of ZoomInfo for lead enrichment.
- Proficiency with Outreach for sales engagement.
