Sales Consultant – Premium Wellness Equipment

About the role

HealthHQ is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its fast‑growing team. This remote, relationship‑focused position involves guiding warm inbound leads through the purchase of high‑ticket wellness solutions such as saunas, ice baths, and recovery tools.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email and SMS and qualify their needs.
• Advise customers on product selection and prepare tailored quotes.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Pipedrive CRM.
• Follow up consistently to achieve weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling high‑ticket or considered‑purchase products.
• Confident, consultative phone presence.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness or recovery.
• Self‑disciplined and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Based in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (CRM) proficiency.
