Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

As a Sales and Marketing Representative at Crimson Education, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families seeking guidance on university admissions. You will manage the inbound admissions pipeline, ensuring leads are engaged promptly and Academic Advisors have a full schedule of quality Initial Consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Book Initial Consultations between qualified families and Academic Advisors.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records in Salesforce so Advisors are fully briefed for each call.
• Provide fortnightly pipeline and performance updates to management.
• Call, qualify, and nurture inbound leads across Crimson’s product portfolio.
• Follow up with event attendees in a timely, thoughtful manner.
• Assist in planning and executing local events, school talks, career expos, and seminars to build brand awareness in New Zealand.
