About the role
The Sales Administrator & Customer Service Representative will work on‑site in Albany, Auckland, supporting the daily operations of Glass Vice Products. This full‑time position blends office administration, customer service, trade‑desk assistance and warehouse coordination to ensure smooth business flow.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general office administration tasks related to sales activities.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners.
- Support the trade desk by handling orders, inquiries and documentation.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, including stock handling and dispatch.
Required profile
- Experience in office administration within a sales environment.
