Room Attendant – Part‑time (10+ hrs/week)

About the role

Sudima Hotels in Auckland City is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team on a part‑time basis. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that guests expect, working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standard.
• Replenish room amenities, linen, and guest supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas when required.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and room defects.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room targets while maintaining quality.
• Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.

Required profile

• Physically capable of regular manual handling, lifting linen, pushing trolleys and repetitive bending, reaching and standing.
• Pride in delivering high‑quality work with excellent attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand and able to pass police and reference checks.
