Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Room Attendants to join our luxury hotel team, delivering heartfelt care and immaculate rooms for our guests. The role involves daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to 5‑star standards, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors to upscale standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and advertising material according to room type.
• Report lost property and handle guest laundry in line with hotel policy.
• Use, maintain and report any defective cleaning equipment.
• Conduct programmed and regular cleaning duties, including balconies, carpets, and bathroom upkeep.
• Assist guests with information or service requests and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
• Provide turn‑down service and ensure security of keys and rooms.
• Follow health‑and‑safety procedures for cleaning agents and equipment.
• Support colleagues with extra beds, bed boards and other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Physically fit and able to handle a demanding workload.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working autonomously.
