Revit Designer

About the role

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand is looking for a Revit Designer to support the delivery of mission‑critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare projects. You will work across civil and building services, creating and managing digital models and documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage CAD drawings for civil and building services disciplines.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver Revit models and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Implement and uphold quality systems to minimise rework.
• Drive project coordination and provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior staff.

Required profile

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working on building services projects in a digital delivery environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in CAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience with digital delivery methods for building services projects.
