Revit Designer – Building Services (NZ)

About the role

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand delivers end‑to‑end projects for mission‑critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare. As a Revit Designer you will support digital delivery by preparing and managing civil and building‑services drawings, creating BIM models and documentation, and collaborating with internal and external design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage CAD drawings for civil and building‑services projects.
• Develop and maintain Revit models and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.
• Implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination and minimise rework.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical coaching.

Required profile

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience on building‑services projects delivered digitally.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in CAD.
• Proficiency with Revit for building‑services modelling.
• Experience with digital delivery methods for building‑services projects.
