About the role
Lead the launch and ongoing success of a brand‑new Petstock store in Wanaka. Your inspiring leadership will drive a high‑performing team to deliver an efficient, profitable retail operation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product availability.
- Manage financial performance, stock control and visual merchandising to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, train and develop store staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in pet or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
