About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join our Skechers store at 164 Queen St. You will support the management team in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable service.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain store visual standards and stock levels.
• Handle transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, energetic team.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends, and weekday shifts.
• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or similar.
