Retail Operations Coach / Team Manager

About the role

Nike is looking for an Operations Coach (Manager) for its Manawa Bay store in Auckland. Reporting to the Assistant Head Coach - Operations, the role focuses on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects, while driving a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, and adhere to cash management standards
• Help the store achieve its financial objectives
• Lead, coach and inspire the Operations team
• Drive operational excellence, including Facilities Management, HR and Loss Prevention programs, and manage break room communications

Required profile

• A passion for the Nike brand
• General retail experience
• Team leadership experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Solid organisation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Retail business systems
