Retail Launch Project Manager

About the role

Manukora is seeking a Retail Launch Project Manager to drive its national retail expansion in the United States. This remote position bridges the US sales team and the New Zealand operations hub, ensuring that retailer requirements are translated into production reality and that launches are delivered on time and on spec.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end critical path for US retail launches, coordinating timelines, SKU clearance, and shipments.
• Design and maintain the “Source of Truth” dashboards in Notion, replacing fragmented communications.
• Implement AI‑driven automations to reduce reporting overhead and keep stakeholders aligned across time zones.
• Establish the S&OP rhythm between NZ supply chain and US sales calendar, managing packaging and artwork approvals.
• Act as the primary liaison with brokers, handling sample requests, spec sheets, and delivery windows.

Required profile

• High‑agency operator with a proven ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong systems‑building mindset and comfort working across continents.
• Excellent communication skills to keep both NZ and US teams synchronized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion for workflow and dashboard creation.
