About the role
Nike is looking for a dynamic Retail Coach / Supervisor to lead the team at its Westgate store in Auckland. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and embodying Nike’s brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Passion for sport and the Nike brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
