About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, ensuring shelves are stocked, fresh, and presented to the highest standards while delivering friendly, personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Continuously replenish products, especially essentials and fresh food, maintaining quality, rotation and visual presentation.
• Support daily store operations, collaborating with the team to keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Uphold safety protocols, report hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
