Retail Assistant

About the role

Join Cash Converters as a Retail Assistant in Mount Roskill, Auckland. You will work on the shop floor assisting customers, handling pawn transactions and promoting a wide range of products including power tools, gaming gear and electronics. This full‑time permanent role offers extensive training and day‑shift hours only.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout the store.
• Process pawn and resale transactions, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing power tools, gaming equipment and electronic devices.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store performance goals.

Required profile

• Availability for full‑time day shifts with no late‑night work.
• Strong interest in retail, electronics and pawn‑broking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
