About the role

Reggies is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead its Hamilton East venue. You will be responsible for delivering true hospitality, driving team performance, and ensuring the venue’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
