Residential Support Worker (2 positions)

About the role

We are seeking two Residential Support Workers to join Mahitahi Trust in Mount Albert, Auckland. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help create a safe, supportive environment for individuals living with mental health and addiction challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day residential support to clients, assisting with personal care, daily routines and wellbeing.
• Support clients in managing mental health and addiction issues, following the organisation’s community‑focused approach.
• Promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere that reflects the organisation’s Kaupapa Māori values.
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing of the residence by encouraging participation in activities and fostering peer support.
