Reservations Group Coordinator – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Reservations Group Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team at Cordis, Auckland. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for group bookings, ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry through arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group reservations accurately and promptly.
• Serve as the central contact for all group booking enquiries and updates.
• Coordinate room blocks, allocations, pick‑up, wash and detailed booking information.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments (Sales, Revenue, Front Office, Banquets) to communicate group requirements.
• Prepare and maintain booking records, reports and correspondence.
• Support the Revenue team with group‑related updates, trends and business information.
• Perform group balancing, billing checks and open‑folio management.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to identify revenue opportunities and cross‑sell hotel services.

Required profile

• Valid work rights in New Zealand.
• Full‑time availability.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in hospitality or group reservation environments is preferred.
