Reporting & Analytics Developer

About the role

At Beca, our Reporting & Analytics Developers transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and technical teams to design, build and deliver high‑quality reporting solutions and visualisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using modern tools such as Power BI.
• Validate data across multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Work extensively with Oracle ERP data structures, Oracle FAIDP and Oracle OTBI.
• Present results through well‑designed visual storytelling and clear narrative.
• Contribute to improving analytics and data‑management workflows and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong systems or analytics background with a genuine interest in data‑driven decision making.
• Proven experience developing reports and dashboards for enterprise‑scale environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality outcomes and continuous professional development.

• Competitive salary range NZD 71,200 – 106,800 per year.
