Replenishment Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Replenishment Leader to drive product availability across our stores. You will oversee stock presentation, rotation and quality checks, ensuring a compelling shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular shop‑floor walks to prioritize, rotate and display stock to the highest standards, focusing on essentials, promotions and fresh food.
• Partner with the Availability Leader to align fill requirements and prevent gaps that lead to lost sales.
• Provide clear direction to SOS and other teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Resolve escalated process issues, perform health checks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and contribute to store leadership and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience leading teams, delegating tasks, coaching and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate tasks, timelines and performance expectations.
• Data‑driven approach with the ability to interpret insights and take accountable action.
• Alignment with company values and willingness to work four weekend shifts per month plus one evening each week.
