About the role

We are seeking a casual Rentals Operations Support team member to join Invacare at our Mount Wellington site in Auckland. The role focuses on preparing and delivering healthcare equipment rentals, contributing to a service that positively impacts people’s lives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment for dispatch, ensuring items are clean, functional and correctly documented.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and internal teams to meet customer timelines.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and returns processing.
• Provide hands‑on support in the warehouse environment, maintaining a safe and organised workspace.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
