Rentals General Operator – Equipment Cleaner (Auckland)

About the role

We are looking for a Rentals General Operator to join our Auckland team. You will be responsible for cleaning, servicing and preparing medical equipment for redistribution to our customers. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automated washers and perform manual cleaning of a wide range of equipment.
• Move, lift and shift items of varying size, shape and weight to designated locations.
• Wrap and package equipment for return to the goods area and shelving.
• Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products and personal protective equipment.
• Identify equipment that requires servicing and tag items with serial numbers.
• Pick and put away stock using a high‑reach and man‑up machine.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Energetic, positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Reliable and take pride in delivering a high‑quality job every time.
• Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.
