Remote Research Participant for Google Business Profile Owners

About the role

This is a remote, independent‑contractor research initiative for business owners and administrators who actively manage a verified Google Business Profile (GBP). Participants will share insights that help improve AI‑driven systems for understanding business profiles and local customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide feedback on your experience managing a Google Business Profile.
• Answer project questionnaires and follow research guidelines independently.
• Share examples of profile updates, customer interactions, and review responses.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid disclosing proprietary information.

Required profile

• Active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile.
• Regularly update business information, respond to customer inquiries or reviews, and keep the profile current.
• Preferably at least one year of active profile history, though newer profiles are welcome if engagement is consistent.
• Open to owners from any industry, especially hospitality, food & beverage, retail, and professional services.

Required skills

• Experience managing a Google Business Profile.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow project guidelines independently.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
