About the role
We are seeking Masters and PhD-level researchers to tackle complex, multi‑disciplinary AI problems. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to work on cutting‑edge AI training projects on your own schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Design, solve, and review advanced problems with real‑world relevance.
- Craft complex problem statements that challenge AI reasoning.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance.
- Ensure academic rigor, depth, and clarity across all deliverables.
- Work independently without meetings or commute.
Required profile
- Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university.
- Strong research track record with publications or complex technical projects.
- Exceptional written communication in English.
- Based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.
- Highly rigorous and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in R.
