Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, providing high‑quality client support.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, office management, customer service, executive assistance or related business support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and online meeting etiquette.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Confidence using Zoom, email and other online collaboration tools.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
• Professional, reliable and client‑focused approach.
