Relationship Manager

About the role

Habit Health is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand its private client portfolio across New Zealand. You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise and national clients, ensuring they receive proactive, outcome‑focused health and wellbeing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients, positioning Habit Health as a trusted partner.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services, improve outcomes and maximise portfolio value.
• Deliver seamless onboarding experiences and conduct regular business reviews to discuss health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline visibility and ensure disciplined account management.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to provide an integrated customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to support nationwide growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or relationship management, preferably within health, rehabilitation or occupational wellbeing services.
• Strong ability to understand client business objectives and translate them into tailored health solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable value.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working across multiple technology platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using patient management or similar health‑service platforms.
