Registered Nurses & Caregivers – Prebbleton Village Opening

About the role

We are launching the new Prebbleton Village in Christchurch and are seeking Registered Nurses and Caregivers to join the inaugural team. You will help shape the culture, routines and resident experience in a brand‑new aged‑care environment from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care and support to older residents (Registered Nurses).
• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care and mobility (Caregivers).
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care.
• Participate in the development of care routines and resident‑centred programmes.

Required profile

• Registered Nurses must hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand practising certificate and have a genuine interest in aged care.
• Caregivers may be experienced, entry‑level or new to the field, but must be reliable, team‑focused and passionate about supporting older people.
