Registered Nurse – Part‑time Night/Evening Shift

About the role
Join the Enliven residential team at Huntleigh Home in Karori, Wellington, as a part‑time Registered Nurse. You will work a permanent 32‑hour week across night and evening shifts, supporting elders living in the rest home and hospital wing.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Healthcare Assistants in delivering daily care.
- Model best‑practice nursing standards to promote residents' health and well‑being.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records for each resident.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure person‑centred care.
Required profile
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 2 years full‑time RN experience, preferably with elders or complex health conditions.
- Enthusiastic, patient, well‑organised and strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to empathy, compassion, respect and teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic record‑keeping systems.
- Basic computer literacy.
