About the role

Join Stillwater Lifecare & Village in sunny Nelson as a Registered Nurse. You will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to residents in a modern 69‑bed care home and 43‑unit village, working within a diverse, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver excellent resident care.
• Develop, monitor, and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or overseas.
• Current APC registration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
