Registered Nurse – Full-Time, Blenheim

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 25‑bed care home in sunny Blenheim. This is a permanent full‑time position (32 hours + per week) working across AM, PM, night and weekend shifts to provide high‑quality care for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to ensure excellent resident care.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
