About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess residents, create and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and ongoing support, including medication management.
• Utilise the purpose‑built myRyman care app for documentation and communication.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators as needed.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in New Zealand.
• Registered Nurse experience in New Zealand.
• Flexibility to work in Special Care Unit, Rest Home, and Hospital settings.
• Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to share knowledge within a collaborative team.
• Kindness, compassion, and a drive to deliver high‑quality care.
• New Zealand work rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myRyman care application.
• Resident assessment and care‑plan development.
• Medication administration.
