Regional Manager - New Zealand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the development of utility‑scale renewable energy infrastructure across New Zealand. Based in Christchurch, you will be responsible for regional delivery, commercial performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale renewable energy projects throughout New Zealand.
• Own regional delivery targets and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth and profitability for the region.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to secure new opportunities and maintain existing contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project objectives with business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing renewable energy or utility‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting financial targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
