Regional Growth Manager

About the role
The Recruitment Network (TRN) is seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven leader to own and grow its Auckland region. You will split your time between building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and supporting a small high‑performing recruitment team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional growth plan for Auckland.
- Identify, secure and nurture new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision‑makers and conduct strategic client reviews.
- Expand TRN services within existing accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and represent TRN in the local business community.
- Support, coach and monitor a team of three recruitment professionals.
- Ensure high service levels, fill rates and a positive, accountable team culture.
Required profile
- Proven track record of winning and growing business in a relationship‑driven environment.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, results‑focused and comfortable with autonomy.
- Passion for building genuine business relationships and developing people.
