Reach Operator – Warehouse (Māngere)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Reach Operator to join a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier’s distribution centre in Māngere. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, supporting the efficient movement of stock and ensuring orders are prepared accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack and move stock while maintaining accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and the warehouse management system.
• Replenish inventory and keep stock levels up to date.
• Perform daily pre‑start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safety‑focused workspace.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift Licence with relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice report.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
