Reach Operator – Warehouse Distribution Role

About the role

Join a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier as a Reach Operator in Māngere. You will work in a fast‑paced distribution centre, ensuring stock moves safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack and move stock accurately.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform daily pre‑start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safety‑focused workspace.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift Licence with relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice report.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
