Quality Engineer (Automation & Manual Testing)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure the stability, availability and reliability of our production platforms and applications. The role combines automated testing with manual exploratory testing to deliver high‑quality software for our dental‑care technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and debug complex software solutions.
• Create, run and maintain automated test suites for new features.
• Perform manual exploratory testing (≈20% of time) and report defects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to align testing with requirements.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, risk analysis and test environment setup.
• Help train new hires and junior staff, and contribute to testing documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of solid coding experience in an application development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ISTQB certification (or equivalent).
