About the role
We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Lead to champion quality systems and accreditation across Building Control, ensuring the safety of our community.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain quality management systems and drive accreditation success.
- Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to building regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed quality practices throughout projects.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on quality and compliance matters.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance or related fields within construction or building control.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with community impact.
