Quality and Compliance Manager

About the role

Docuvera Software Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Quality and Compliance Manager to lead its global quality and compliance initiatives. You will help shape and strengthen quality processes for a growing software platform that serves pharmaceutical and life‑science customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality and compliance activities across all regions, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Develop and implement quality frameworks that support the company’s software solutions for the pharma sector.
• Collaborate with global pharma customers to understand compliance requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand or adopt a hybrid schedule from Wellington or Palmerston North.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in quality and compliance management, preferably within a technology‑driven environment.
• Ability to operate globally and engage with pharmaceutical customers.
• Strong communication skills to convey compliance expectations across teams.
