Qualified Hyundai Technician – Auckland Workshop

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Hyundai Technician to join our fast‑paced OEM workshop in Auckland. You will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles for two well‑known brands, benefiting from clear pathways to certification and ongoing brand training.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on Korean and European vehicle models.
• Perform routine and complex repairs, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Participate in brand‑specific training and certification programmes.
• Support the service team in delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified automotive technician with proven longevity in previous roles.
• Strong diagnostic abilities across all types of repair work.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Relevant New Zealand working rights and a current driver’s licence.
• High standard of workmanship; EV or WOF certification is a plus.
