Qualified Builders & 2nd/3rd Year Apprentices

About the role

Dimension Building is seeking experienced qualified builders and 2nd/3rd year apprentices to join our team in Twizel, Canterbury. You will be part of a crew delivering architecturally designed, high‑value homes in the Mackenzie Basin.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and finish architecturally designed residential projects valued at $1M+.
• Interpret and follow detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and quality on site.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and other trades.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior apprentices (for qualified builders).

Required profile

• Qualified builders with relevant trade certification and proven construction experience.
• 2nd or 3rd year building‑trade apprentices currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Twizel.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
